Given the nature of the work at EOD Solutions, safety and security of information is just as important as the safety and security procedures involved in the practical work. This is demonstrated by the company’s compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 – extant in the United Kingdom. Part of this compliance is the registration with the English Information Commissioner’s Office of purposes for processing data – the “Notification”. This Notification is available on the Public Register of Data Controllers at www.ico.gov.uk
 
The company only shares data with third parties as part of the contracted services and/or if required to do so by English law. The company cannot accept liability for processing conducted outside its remit.
 
None of the above affects your rights of access to the information we may hold. . Under the terms of the legislation, you do not have to be a British Citizen to exercise these rights. Should you wish to request a copy of the data we may hold on you, please do so, in writing – by email is acceptable. Requests and enquiries should be directed to K Underwood at the company.
